overland tour package 7 days 6 nights
Overland tour
package to visit giant lizard of Komodo Dragon in Flores and
Komodo island. Flores & Komodo are the islands lies in the eastern part of
the Indonesian archipelago, has now become popular of its
beauty of the natural park, white sandy beaches, the un
spoilt of underwater life and the Komodo Dragon is referred
to by the residents of Indonesia as the ora. Although only
two islands of Indonesia house these mighty reptiles, they
used to be present in Australia not too long ago. The
Australian version of the ora was much larger and more
dangerous that the modern dragon, but is extinct now. Even
so, these smaller versions that exist today are pretty big.
The largest ever measured was 10 feet, 2.5 inches.
Komodo overland tour itinerary:
Day 01.
All the program started from Lombok.
Pick you up at 12:00 o'clock from your hotel, we going
directly to Mandalika Bus Station, the bus will leaving at
14:00 o'clock to the harbour. It will takes about 1 hour to
Pototano from Labuan Lombok by ferry, and 12 hours from
Pototano to Sape Harbour, meals are on the bus.
Day 02.
Arrive at Sape Harbour in Sumbawa island about 5:00 or 6:00
o'clock in the morning, than we have a breakfast before we
go to Komodo Island by boat, it will takes about 6 hours to
go to Komodo Island. Arrive at Komodo Island about 15:00
o'clock in the afternoon.
After registration we take our simple room, after you take
mandi and change's your clothes we make our first trip to
see the varanus Komodoensis. The end of our second day is a
simple dinner at local restaurant, this evening we go to bed
soon because we must wake up early in the morning, to start
our new adventure.
Day 03.
Start to trekking after a small breakfast 6 : 00 o'clock in
the morning. For better acclimatization we walk this morning
slowly we take rest on the way, so you can see the beautiful
scenery of Komodo in the middle of the day we arrive Gn. Ara,
we make our camp and stay overnight.
Day 04.
Wake up 7 o'clock in the morning, early morning tea, after a
good breakfast we start to the next destination. We walk up
the hills, we take rest on the way, and if you lucky you can
see wild animals, like Cockatoo, Deer, etc. Lunch will be
served on the way and in the afternoon we make our camp for
the second night in the free nature of Komodo Island.
Day 05.
Wake up 7 o'clock in the morning, early morning tea, after a
good breakfast we start to the next destination. We walk up
the hills, we take rest on the way, and if you lucky you can
see wild animals, like Cockatoo, Deer, etc. Lunch will be
served on the way and in the afternoon we make our camp for
the second night in the free nature of Komodo Island.
Day 06.
08.00 o'clock in the morning " Selamat tinggal Komodo ".
The boat bring us to the ferry back to Sape harbour in
Sumbawa Island.
We take the night bus to Lombok Island.
Day 07.
After one night in the bus and passage by the ferry back to
Lombok our great adventure Komodo trekking end in your
hotel.
Important notice:
- The lodges in Komodo Island is simple but clean.
- The Restaurant mainly serve typical of Indonesian food at
simple selections but they're all good.
- This adventure will be the real adventure for you, however
you'll experience a long journey but we will do our best to
make you feel convenience.
